Tryplore is an online shopping website of apparel and lifestyle products offered at great values to the consumer by respective vendors. Upon placing an order, www.tryplore.com shall ship the product to you and be entitle to its payment for the service.

  • Customers have the right to Buy or Reject the purchase after the Trial, if they feel the Products, they have ordered are not the right fit for them or have some Quality issue.
  • If more than 3 Trial orders are done in a Single day or on a continuous day and the customer has not made any purchases from the Trial order, Tryplore has all the right to charge (Rs.100 per Trial order) for the Trial order or reject the further Trial orders. And also Tryplore has all the right to ban or temporarily/permanently block that customer from the Tryplore.com website and would not be able to place any orders, till the penalty amount is paid.
  • If the Trial product gets damaged by the customer, the customer is liable to pay for the damaged product listing price as a penalty.
  • If the Customer refuses to pay the penalty amount, then Tryplore has all the right to ban or temporarily/permanently block that customer from the Tryplore.com website and would not be able to place any orders, till the penalty amount is paid.

Tryplore reserves the right to delete such multiple listings of the same product listed by you in various categories.

• The images of the Products on the website are uploaded by vendors and are for illustrative purposes only. The actual color combination of the Products may slightly vary as per the customer’s respective screen resolution. All sizes and measurements of Products uploaded by vendors are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are accurate as possible. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products listed by vendors are as accurate as possible.

Pricing

• Tryplore is an online marketplace platform that enables independent sellers, to sell their products to buyers. The prices are solely decided by the sellers, and Tryplore does not interfere in the same. There could be a possibility that the same product is sold by different sellers at different prices.
• However,We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details of prices appearing on the website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and if you have already paid for the Product, you will receive a full refund.
• Additionally, prices for items are solely decided by the sellers and also may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. The price of an item includes VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which seller is responsible. Please note that the prices listed on the website are only applicable for items purchased on the website and not through any other source.

Payment

• Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and accessories) For the products that are returned by the customer, the refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to the bank account .
