  • Tryplore return policy gives you an option to return, when you receive wrong, defective, different, Low quality, size issue products that you purchased on Tryplore. within the specified return period i.e., 7 days Return policy. We only want that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return product. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.
  • Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:

1) Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, undetected MRP tag, product's original packaging/box, freebies and accessories)

2) The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/ warranty seals (wherever applicable)

Some Rules Under Return Policy

  • Net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount/coupon) to purchase original item, will be considered to calculate difference in amount of original.
  • Applicable refund for Return, will be processed post successful pick of original item (under return policy) from you.
  • Non- returnable products/categories cannot be return.
  • In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product, gift/offer as well.
  • Tryplore will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Tryplore would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
  • Tryplore shall reserve the right to restrict Return of the items purchased on Tryplore, if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy.
  • For Pre-Paid orders , the refund amount will be settled back to original payment method and For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into a particular bank account shared by the customer
