What is ‘Try service’?

  • ‘Try service’ allows you to try out your products at the time of delivery. Try service allows you to order 2 products (any category from Same Seller) at a time and choose which one to buy, after trying them at your place. You can pay only for what you like after trying your products and return the rest to delivery agent. You will have 15-20 mins to try your products. Try service is a Free service, currently available in Mumbai only. We are working with other cities and will launch as soon as possible.
  • Note: You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return product.

Is Trial Free?

  • Yes.

What is the Trial time?

  • You can Try your ordered trial products for 15-20 mins.

How can I avail ‘Try service’ on my order?

  • To avail ‘Try service’ facility on the order, please follow below steps:
    1. Choose the product you love and add it to “Trial Room” by clicking on “TRY & BUY”.
    2. Once you are in “Trial Room”, click on “Add one more product to try” option, to add 1 more product from same seller.
    3. When you are done with adding 2 products in your “Trial Room” from same seller, just place the Order to Enjoy this Service.

Will I get a Cash on Delivery payment option for ‘Try service’ order?

  • Yes.

Will I get an option to choose delivery date and time for ‘Try service’ orders?

  • Yes, you can choose Delivery date and time for ‘Try service’ orders and our delivery agent will call you 15-30 minutes before coming to deliver the shipment.

What if I can’t try the product instantly, will you make another attempt to deliver?

  • We request you to choose the delivery address and time, where you are comfortable trying. However, in case you are not available to try product at the time of delivery, we will make only 1 more attempt to deliver your order, just after half an hour. After that 2nd attempt, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Return policy will be available on ‘Try service’ orders?

  • Yes, you can avail return policy for 7 days (T & C apply), from the date of delivery. Return policy rules will apply.

How do I create a Return Request for ‘Try service’ orders?

    1. Tap on “My Orders” under My Account.
    2. Choose the item to be Returned.
    3. Click on Return and create a return request.

I have created a Return request for ‘Try service’ order. When the product will be picked up?

  • For ‘Try service’ orders Product will be picked up on same day or Next day (Morning, between 10am to 1pm), when the Return request created.

How refund of ‘Try service’ orders will be processed? I have created a Return request. When will I get the refund?

  • Refund will be processed, once product reaches back to the Warehouse or Seller, an update will be sent to your registered contact number, email. You can choose how you want the Refund from below options:
    1. Get a coupon, equivalent to refund amount. Which can be used within one month. (Instant)
    2. Transfer money to your Bank account. (Takes 1 to 3 business days post refund initiation)

Why has my return request been declined?

  • This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. In the event that the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund, and Tryplore assumes no liability in this regard. For more details, please call our customer care.

What if I do not like both the products after Try?

  • Yeah, it may happen sometimes. So, In case, you do not like both the products you tried or the products does not meet your expectation you can return them instantly without any payment.

What if, the Trial products get damaged by me?

  • We request you to take care and adequate measures while Trying the products. And if in case, the Trial product gets damaged by the customer, the customer is liable to pay for the damaged product listing price as a penalty and the customer can keep the damaged product.

How do I create a Return Request?

      Tap on “My Orders” under My Account.
      Choose the item to be Returned.
      Click on Return and create a return request.

I have created a Return request. When the product will be picked up?

  • Number of days to pick up a product may vary as per the logistics partner that will be assigned to pick up your product. The product will be picked up anywhere between 4 – 7 days.

How refund will be processed?

  • I have created a Return request. When will I get the refund?
  • Refund will be processed, once product reaches back to the Warehouse or Seller , an update will be sent to your registered contact number, email. You can choose how you want the Refund from below options:

  • You can create your account on Tryplore by entering and verifying your mobile number. Click on " New to Tryplore. Sign up?" and fill up the form to create your Tryplore account.
